Why local matters
Cleaning down here is not the same job
Most companies in these search results dispatch from Kendall, Miami or another state entirely, running one page of copy with the city name swapped. Three things they get wrong.
The dust is different
Nurseries, groves and open field in the Redland sit upwind of most of Homestead. Homes here collect a fine agricultural dust that settles back onto blinds, screens and fan blades within days. We plan the work around it instead of acting surprised by it.

Do I have to be home?
No. Most of our recurring customers are at work. You can leave a key, a code or arrange access at the gate — we confirm how we are getting in before the crew leaves for your address.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything is included in the price. If you would rather we use your products, or you need fragrance-free or pet-safe only, tell us when you book and we will.
Standard or deep — which do I need?
If nobody has cleaned the home professionally in the last few months, start with a deep clean. After that, standard visits hold it. We will tell you on the phone if you do not need the deep one.
Are you insured?
Yes. General liability and bonding, and every cleaner is background-checked. We can put the certificate on file with property managers and builders who require it.
What if something is missed?
Call within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. No argument, no partial-refund conversation.
