Outside windows are ground floor only, reachable standing — we do not use ladders. We do not haul furniture, mattresses or construction debris.

Just one room, or one job

Kitchen only, one bathroom, just the windows, just the patio — that does not use the bedroom and bathroom table.

$75 an hour, a crew of two, two hours minimum. So $150 is the smallest visit we can send a crew out for.

A deep clean of the kitchen alone runs about two hours. One bathroom is about an hour — under the minimum, so it is usually worth adding the second bathroom or an extra from the list above.

Why we publish these

Most cleaning companies in south Miami-Dade make you fill in a form and wait for a callback before they will tell you a number. We think that wastes your time and ours. The prices below are what we charge. They are flat per visit, supplies and equipment are included, and no card is needed to see them.

What changes the price

Bedrooms and bathrooms, the type of service, and how often we come. That is it. There is no travel surcharge anywhere in our service area — Florida City costs the same as Homestead and so does Cutler Bay.

Two honest caveats. A home substantially larger than its bedroom count suggests takes longer, and a home that has not been cleaned in a very long time may need a deep clean before standard pricing applies. In both cases we tell you when we quote, or on arrival before starting — never on the invoice afterwards.

Recurring discounts

Weekly takes 20% off, every two weeks takes 15%, monthly takes 10%. The discount applies to every visit, not just the first, and there is no contract — it is a discount for holding a standing slot, and you can pause or stop whenever you like.

Add-ons

Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, interior windows, laundry, inside cabinets, garage sweep-out, screen enclosures and pool cages are all available. Ask when you book and we quote them with the visit.

New customer offer

Book recurring service on your first visit and we take $40 off that first clean. If the first visit is a deep clean, the inside of your oven or refrigerator is included free as well — your choice which.

How to pay

Card, Zelle, cash or check, after the visit rather than before. Recurring customers can keep a card on file and be charged automatically after each clean. Commercial accounts are invoiced monthly.

Our guarantee

If something was missed, call within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. Not a partial refund, not a credit toward next time — we return and do it properly.

Questions about pricing

Are these the final prices?

Yes, for a home matching the size described and in normal condition. If something about your home changes the job — much larger square footage than the bedroom count suggests, or a very long gap since the last cleaning — we tell you when quoting or before starting, never afterwards.

Do you charge more for Florida City or Cutler Bay?

No. There is no zip-code surcharge and no travel fee anywhere in our service area. We are based in Homestead and the whole corridor is a short drive.

Is tip expected?

Never required. Our cleaners are paid properly. If you want to tip, cash to the crew or added to the card payment both reach them in full.

When do I pay?

After the visit. Card, Zelle, cash or check. Recurring customers can keep a card on file and be charged automatically once each clean is done.

What if I am not happy?

Call within 24 hours and we come back and fix it free. That is the whole policy.
