Salt air is the difference here
Cutler Bay sits on Biscayne Bay, and that proximity changes what a cleaning has to deal with. Salt carried in on the breeze leaves a haze on window glass and sliding doors that ordinary glass cleaner smears rather than removes. It collects in slider tracks and turns into a gritty paste, it dulls stainless and chrome fixtures, and near the water it works on hinges and hardware.
In neighborhoods like Lakes by the Bay, Saga Bay and the streets off Old Cutler Road, that is the single most noticeable thing about a home between cleanings. We handle glass and tracks differently in Cutler Bay than we do inland — the right product and a track that actually gets cleared rather than wiped over. It is the part customers here mention most.
Two very different housing stocks
Hurricane Andrew came ashore near here in 1992, and the town still shows it. A good share of Cutler Bay is post-Andrew rebuild — newer construction with impact glass, tile throughout and open plans. The rest is what survived, largely 1960s and 1970s single-story homes with original layouts, terrazzo or older tile, smaller kitchens and bathrooms that have been renovated once or twice.
Those two need different work. A post-Andrew rebuild is mostly hard-surface floors and a lot of glass. An older Cutler Ridge home has grout, terrazzo, older fixtures and corners that a standard rotation misses. When we quote, we ask which one you have, because it changes how long the first visit takes.
Recurring service is most of what we do here
Cutler Bay is more settled than the cities to the south — more long-term owners, more families in the same house for years, and correspondingly less move-out churn. What people want here is somebody reliable every two weeks who does not need re-explaining each visit.
So recurring service is the bulk of our Cutler Bay schedule: the same crew whenever the schedule allows, a standing day and time, and 15% off every visit on a two-week rotation. Most homes here start with one deep clean and then hold on standard visits from there.
We are the local option, and we will be straight about that
The largest cleaning company in this area is headquartered in Cutler Bay and has hundreds of reviews. We are new and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we offer instead is that we are ten minutes down US-1, we answer our own phone in English and Spanish, we post our prices instead of making you request them, and if something is wrong we are back the next day rather than three visits later.
If you are already happy with who you have, stay with them. If you are calling because the last three visits have not been the same crew or the same quality, that is exactly the problem we are built to fix.
Patios, cages and the bay breeze
Screened patios and pool cages are everywhere in Cutler Bay, and they funnel outdoor dirt straight into the living area through the slider. We clean the interior side of sliders and their tracks as standard. Full screen enclosure and cage cleaning is a separate quote — give us the size and we will price it.

Cutler Bay neighborhoods we work in
The town splits into a few distinct kinds of home, and each one needs a different first visit.
Lakes by the Bay and Saga Bay
Closest to the water, so salt haze on glass and grit in slider tracks is the recurring problem. We treat glass and tracks as their own job here.
Post-Andrew rebuilds
Impact glass, tile throughout, open plans. Fast to clean well once the first deep visit has reset the grout and tracks.
Original Cutler Ridge homes
1960s and 70s single-story houses with terrazzo, older grout and renovated-once bathrooms. The first visit runs longer and we say so up front.

Cutler Bay questions
Why does my glass look hazy again so quickly?
Salt. This close to Biscayne Bay it settles on glass and in slider tracks, and standard glass cleaner tends to smear it rather than lift it. It needs the right product and the tracks actually cleared out, which we do as part of the visit here.
Will I get the same crew each time?
Whenever the schedule allows, yes, and on a standing recurring slot it is almost always the same people. It is the main reason customers move to us, so we protect it.
Do I need a deep clean first?
Usually yes, if the home has not had professional cleaning in the last few months — particularly on older Cutler Ridge houses with original grout. After that first reset, standard visits hold it. We will tell you if you can skip it.
Do you clean pool cages and screen enclosures?
Interior sliders and tracks are standard. The cage or enclosure itself is quoted separately by size — tell us roughly how big it is when you call.
How much is recurring service?
Weekly takes 20% off, every two weeks takes 15%, monthly takes 10%, applied to every visit. Full numbers are on the price list.
