Coral Rock Cleaning is a family business run out of Homestead, Florida. Not a franchise, not a call centre in another state dispatching whoever is closest. The people who answer the phone live in south Miami-Dade, and so do the people who clean your home.

That sounds like a small thing until you have waited all morning for a crew driving down from Kendall in traffic, or paid a surcharge for being "too far south". We are already here. Homestead, Florida City, Leisure City and Naranja are a ten minute drive, not a dispatch decision.

Who does the work

Four cleaners, working in two crews, seven days a week from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Every one of them is background-checked before they set foot in a customer's home, and every one of them works in English and Spanish.

We keep the team small on purpose. It means you get the same people on a recurring visit rather than whoever was free that morning — which matters more than most companies admit, because a crew that already knows your home does more in the same hours and needs nothing re-explained.

How we charge

A flat price per visit, worked out from the size of the home and the service, and published on the site so you can see it before you call. No hourly meter running while you watch. No card on file to get a number out of us. Supplies and equipment are included in every price.

Insurance and guarantee

Coral Rock Cleaning Homestead LLC carries general liability insurance and is bonded. We can put the certificate on file with property managers and builders who require it before a crew is allowed on site.

If something was missed, call within 24 hours and we come back and redo it at no charge. No argument, no partial-refund conversation. That is the whole policy.
