Terms of Service

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Coral Rock Cleaning Homestead LLC and to your use of coralrockcleaning.com. Booking a visit means you accept them.

Quotes and prices

The prices published on this site are flat rates per visit, based on the size of the home and the service booked. Supplies and equipment are included. A quote given by phone, text or email is based on what you told us about the property; if the home is substantially different when we arrive — much larger, or in a condition that needs a deep clean rather than a standard one — we will tell you the revised price before starting, and you can decline.

Recurring service discounts (20% weekly, 15% every two weeks, 10% monthly) apply to every visit while the schedule is kept, not only to the first.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We work seven days a week from 8:00am to 8:00pm. We confirm how the crew will get in before they leave for your address — a key, a code, a gate arrangement or someone home.

If we cannot get in when we arrive, or the property is not ready for us, we may charge a lockout fee of up to half the price of the visit. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged at half the visit price.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the visit unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept card, Zelle and cash.

Our guarantee

If we missed something, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return and redo that area at no charge. The guarantee covers redoing the work; it is not a refund guarantee, and it does not cover work outside the service you booked.

What we do not do

Our crews do not move furniture or appliances heavier than roughly 30 pounds, climb higher than a two-step ladder, handle biohazards, pet or human waste, mould remediation, or clean the inside of occupied pet enclosures. We do not clean exteriors, roofs, or the inside of chimneys. If you need any of that, we will tell you honestly rather than attempt it.

Damage and liability

We are insured and bonded. If we damage something, tell us within 24 hours and we will repair or replace it, or claim against our insurance. Please put away items of unusual value or sentimental irreplaceability before a visit. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for wear revealed by cleaning, or for items that were already failing — a loose fixture that comes away when it is wiped, for example.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any visit is limited to the price of that visit.

Your property and your staff

Every cleaner is background-checked. If you are not comfortable with a member of our crew for any reason, tell us and we will send someone else.

The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Coral Rock Cleaning Homestead LLC. Prices and service descriptions may change; the version on the site at the time you book is the one that applies.

Messages

How we handle your phone number and text messages is set out in our Privacy Policy. Consent to texts is never a condition of booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
