This policy explains what Coral Rock Cleaning Homestead LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use coralrockcleaning.com or contact us, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, call us, text us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the address or neighbourhood of the property, the size of the home, the service you want, and anything you write in the notes field.

Our website collects basic technical information automatically — the pages you visited, the browser and device you used, and the site that referred you. We use Google Analytics to measure this, which places cookies in your browser so repeat visits are not counted twice. We use it to see which pages bring us work, not to identify you personally. We do not run advertising cookies or retargeting pixels on this site, and we never sell your data. You can block these cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work normally.

Why we collect it

To quote your job, schedule it, send the crew to the right address, take payment, and follow up afterwards. We also use it to answer questions you ask us, and to contact you about a visit that is already booked.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and tick the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Coral Rock Cleaning Homestead LLC about your quote and your scheduled visits. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can book with us without agreeing to texts, and we will call you instead.

Message frequency varies depending on your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not trade or rent it to anyone. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business — the software we use to schedule jobs and hold customer records, our payment processor, and the messaging providers that deliver our texts and emails. Each of them may use your information only to provide that service to us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our staff or our customers.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and for seven years afterwards, which is what our tax and insurance obligations require. If you asked for a quote and never booked, we delete the enquiry after twenty-four months.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@coralrockcleaning.com or call (786) 545-5433 and we will respond within thirty days. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and customer records are held in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
