A move-out clean is not a nicer version of a regular clean. It is a different job with a different standard: the home is empty, everything is visible, and somebody with a checklist is about to inspect it while holding your deposit.

Kitchen: inside every cabinet and drawer, inside and behind the oven, inside the refrigerator including the seals and the drip tray, under and behind appliances where they pull out, range hood degreased, sink and faucet, counters, backsplash.

Bathrooms: inside vanity cabinets and drawers, toilet inside and out including behind the base, shower and tub scrubbed to the grout, hard-water and soap scum off glass, exhaust fan cover, mirrors, all fixtures.

Throughout: closet shelves and rods, baseboards, door frames, window sills and tracks, blinds, light fixtures and fan blades, switch plates, air vent covers, interior windows, all floors vacuumed and mopped including closets, garage swept out.

Tenants: what actually costs people their deposit

In our experience it is almost never the floors. It is the inside of the oven, the inside of the refrigerator, the inside of kitchen cabinets, the grout in the shower, and the window tracks. Those five are what a landlord opens and checks, and they are the five that people run out of time for on moving day. They are the core of what this service covers.

Practical advice: book the cleaning for after the movers are gone and the place is genuinely empty. We cannot clean inside a cabinet that still has things in it, and a half-empty home means the job gets done twice.

Landlords and property managers

If you turn units regularly — and across Florida City, Leisure City, Naranja and the rental blocks of Homestead a lot of people do — we can set you up properly: a certificate of insurance on file, agreed pricing by unit size so nothing needs quoting each time, and a standing place in the schedule. Tell us the listing date and we work backwards from it.

We work seven days a week, 8am to 8pm. Keys handed back Saturday can be photographed Monday.

Moving in

Same service, other direction. Before your furniture arrives is the only time anyone will ever clean inside every cabinet, every closet and behind every appliance at once. It costs the same as a move-out and it is the one chance to start with the house genuinely clean rather than looking clean.

Homestead Air Reserve Base means a steady rhythm of families arriving and leaving on orders, usually against a hard date with no flexibility. We keep move-out slots open on weekends for exactly that reason. If you are working to an inspection date, tell us and we will schedule to it.
