What happens after you send the form

We reply the same day, usually within the hour during working hours. For a standard home cleaning we can normally give you a firm price and a date in that first reply, because our prices are already published. For commercial work, post-construction, or anything needing a walkthrough, we will propose a time to come and look.

Where we work

Homestead, Florida City, Leisure City, Naranja, Princeton, Redland, Goulds, Cutler Bay, Palmetto Bay and Kendall. If you are just outside that list, call and ask — the answer is usually yes. Full detail on our service areas page.

We are a mobile service: we come to you and we do not have a storefront for walk-ins.

Hours

Seven days a week, 8:00am to 8:00pm, including Sundays. We do not advertise 24/7 because we are not, and we would rather tell you our real hours than have you call at midnight and get nothing.

Property managers, builders and businesses

If you need a certificate of insurance, standing pricing across multiple units, or a walkthrough of a commercial site, say so in the form or email us directly and we will get it moving the same day.
